"My electricity went out at my house. I got in touch with Tony. I found out that the main breaker broke, and I had an old version of it, which is not easy to find at Home Depot or Lowe’s or other local stores. So I took a few photos and sent it to him and he found a replacement part on Amazon that I ordered to overnight for arrival first thing in the morning. He spent 30 minutes with me the phone, walking me through the steps for diagnosis and then finding the part for me to purchase. He was very professional and so helpful over the phone and did everything he could to help me. Tony came with his employee, Josh, the next morning and move forward with replacing the 200 amp breaker. The two primary wires had to be trimmed to fit the breaker which they took care of. Highly recommend. Super honest, tremendous value and professional work. He shared with me a couple of tips to keeping the breakers maintained, specifically twice a year to turn off the main breaker and then individually turn the small breakers right and left several times just to maintain the mechanics."

"I had a electrical issue and originally called Penguin Air to come take a look. They told me it was a sub panel that needed to be replaced for $3000.00. I told them I would have to make payments and the following day we were to make the repair. "Highly recommend! I know NOTHING when it comes to anything electrical, so when I started having problems with my dryer cutting out and a few other problems, a friend recommended Dolce Electric Co. If you're like me, having electrical problems can be both very scary (like, is my house going to catch on fire?!?) and somewhat inconvenient (losing power when you're trying to dry your hair or running your clothes dryer). So I called Dolce Electric and talked with the owner, Tony Dolce. He immediately started asking me questions to evaluate my situation. He was so patient and professional with me as I explained what was happening. Tony was soon able to come to my house to address the issue. One of my breakers was very old and needed to be replaced. He replaced that breaker (at a very reasonable price), but he did not stop there. He explained that he wanted to look at the dryer as well to see if that was also a problem. He went behind the dryer and discerned that all my fittings were loose, and he tightened everything up (something I never even thought about). With the breaker replaced and everything double-checked, Tony had me run the dryer and a few other things to be sure all was well. He actually waited with me to be sure that there weren’t any other complications. During that time we were waiting, Tony explained to me what had been wrong, and how he had fixed it. He explained things to me (in layman’s terms) to be sure I understood. I was reassured by this, because, as I had mentioned, “I have no knowledge of all things electrical.” By the time Tony left, everything was functioning perfectly.
