Our power was not working to our air conditioning on a 115* day. Called on a Saturday after 1 pm. Nothing was available for the day, but the Owner came out personally to ensure we were taken care of anyway. Problem was the wiring to the smart panel we have for solar. He did a work around for us so that we weren’t without air conditioning for the whole weekend, until the solar company can repair completely. The price he quoted on the phone was exactly what we were charged. Very appreciative and thankful for the service.

My fiancé and I purchased a home in Tempe that was built in 1970 and had aluminum wiring throughout. I researched several electricians and met with three for a consultation/quote. The 1st electrician was recommended by our realtor. As soon as we mentioned aluminum wiring, he let us know right away that he is not comfortable handling that job. We were disappointed, but appreciated his honesty. The 2nd electrician gave us a quote that included a complete upgrade of our electrical panel since he said we would need it. Finally we met with Tony at Dolce and he did an amazing job at explaining how the aluminum wiring worked and what was needed to remediate it. I asked him about the need to upgrade our electrical panel and he said that wasn't necessary. We ended up work with Tony and he was friendly, efficient, and was very clean with his work. He also didn't mind all the questions we had. It's been a few months since he updated our wiring and everything is working great! We look forward to working with him again as we continue to make updates throughout our home and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for an electrician.
