I’m really grateful I found Tony at Dolce Electric Co. After another electrician left me in a dangerous situation after the overpriced estimate they gave me, it was such a relief to talk to someone honest and genuinely helpful. Even though I called late, Tony answered and took the time to help me. He never tried to upsell me or pressure me into anything — he was just straightforward, kind, and honest. He was responsive even on weekends, kept me updated, and helped as soon as he was able to get the part. It’s hard to find people who are this genuine and dependable, and I truly appreciated his help. Our power was not working to our air conditioning on a 115* day. Called on a Saturday after 1 pm. Nothing was available for the day, but the Owner came out personally to ensure we were taken care of anyway. Problem was the wiring to the smart panel we have for solar. He did a work around for us so that we weren’t without air conditioning for the whole weekend, until the solar company can repair completely. The price he quoted on the phone was exactly what we were charged. Very appreciative and thankful for the service.
